There is a law on the books in California, the City of Chico to be exact, it reads...

"Detonating a nuclear device within the city limits results in a $500 fine."

oh yeah sure... I think I'll just fly down there, set off one of these bombs that can and will take out an entire town, killing thousands of people.... and all I will have to pay is $500... sure no problem... I wouldnt have to worry about getting executed or nothing... yep. let Me just go and do that.

er. should it read

"Detonating a nuclear device within the city limits results in.........nuclear fallout and death"....??  LMAO
