Title: Physicals (Records) for Free

OK  in an attempt to make things a bit more organized, gonna try to get three threads going.. Physicals, Serum Shots and slave wine in order to keep better track of what's going on, and not having to go through 80 pages of healer thread.  I understand that in the future we may be coming up with a system to log and file everyones "charts" but for now, this should hopefully make it easier.

Daigon Steele

Age - 34
Serum Shots - yes

Past history of injuries, etc. - four inch long scar under right breast moving down across the ribs towards back.  Result of a sword injury

Heart and lungs - fine
Reflexes - fine
Hearing and vision - fine

Serum Shots - Yes

Past history of injuries, etc. - various scars on chest from sword blows, only one was serios - scar running from heart to rib cage

Heart and lungs - fine
Reflexes - fine
Hearing and vision - fine

Mercilayne - 10/08/2011 - needs serum shots (I need to be taught how to do these)
Salem - 10/13/2011 - blood tests taken. No need for serum shots.
Sarantsatstral - 10/20/2011 - Physical done. Serum shots already administered.

Physicals Received Summer Post - Migration

Ragnar - 04-30-14 - All is well, but he no longer has reflex reaction in his knees.  His spine is fine.  I suspect age.
NightStorm - 04-30-14 - All is well with NightStorm and is having on and off again nausea.  Suggested zingiber or chamomile tea and lower back massages to help.
Sidona - 04-30-14 - Perfectly  healthy.  Cause for concern, she hasn't had second wine in awhile.  Told her when she begins her cycle this time around to find a Healer and we'll administer it.
Salem - 04-30-14 - Also perfectly healthy.  Sidona is going to remove the stitches left over from his wounds.
Raziel - 05-01-14 - Suspect age is affecting his reflex - No spinal injury I could detect - No tingling or numbness in his legs - Otherwise  he's healthy.
