it has come to my attention that by some saying they are engaging in conversation in a rt setting and not an in character setting they can skirt this issue.

since this is not an in character issue it will not be handled in rp... but rather from a room leader point of view in regards to operating a chatroom.

Guess what? This needs reiterated. I expect to see at least 3 particular Frees sign off on this and at least 3 particular slaves sign off on this. I believe I have had enough.
I am not stupid as I know when many of you are phishing for information. Whether it be in camp or in an ooc sense, in messengers or in phone calls.
