Title: Survived another year
Post by: Ayelen on July 16, 2007, 02:29:29 PM: It was a great Gathering this year, lots of new faces to blend in with alumni of past years; many laughs, shared moments heartfelt of the love of an extended family, and then some.

I'll miss the OH too cheery face waving through the window of the door every morning... giving my Cherished hugs... watching woobie "wand" everyone... one in particular took several "wandings" but last night woobie was the victor... hehe...

So many memories, my brain is sorta on shut down at the moment.

I'm sorry I missed most of the goodbyes this morning, but when you live where I do, you definitely don't want to hit it at evening rush-hour...

I'm home. Due to very little sleep last night, it was a 7 hour trip, rather than 6 because I took it easier and slower... ~coughs~ er, slower than normal anyway... the wrath of rattt nearly came out a couple of times, well, once mostly.... however, contained only because I had no feasible projectile weapon to use on the idjit that ran me off the road changing lanes on top of me... Mr. Smokey Bear got that one though, so the rattt was very pleased.... :o

Once I reached the GW Bridge, I happily sailed on through the toll lane with no one in line in front of me.... ;D

Thanks beautiful... you DO realize now I'll never be able to watch a Tickle Me Elmo commercial without rolling on the floor and dying of laughter.... ;D
