Inventory of Food Supplies

After speaking with Amorette, I am assigning the following slaves to inventory our food supplies.  Keep in mind that we have not really supplied in quite awhile.

the remaining fruits were tallied....

what we still have-

1 stone peaches

2 stones worth of red fruit

8 stones of topsit

the remaining crates that were in the wagons, all seemed to be victims of rot from the heat and mold. all of which were gone through, sorted out and anything that was 'half good' was taken out to the cook fires to made into pies, tarts and jams just to have some use from the stuff, so hopefully people eat up!

**we need to start thinking of canning or even drying fruit before it rots...

this girl finished her inventory of the drinks in camp.  she surveyed the commissary wagon, the freight wagons, the paga wagon, and the Ubars commissary room.  she also tallied the bottles that were left in the nets in the spring.

she also found a dusty old case that had been pushed under a storage area.  it held 21 bottles of an unlabeled liquid that was 'straw colored'.  she didn't open any of the bottles, and brought the case to the front counter of the paga wagon so that the thrall at the counter could figure out what it was.

if the cook comes to me after we return from the vacation at the beach on the Thassa, I have some supplies that might come in handy for her, at least until a resupply to Turia or elsewhere can be done... Plus, I have not been able to finish the inventory of the mystery wagon, as I found 2 full casks of salt in the wagon, and there were 2 more casks to open and learn the contents, they might be something else we are in demand of, or not... Will find out when we return...
