well family sorry i havent been in touch lately been putting up with alot of stuff in my real life...things i cant bring up on here due to trying to keep it out lol

but will tell you  this,

I had anangina attack just last month and before that coming back from Spokane Wa. for NYE i had another attack, barely any damage but they placed 2 more stents in and put me on Effient for the angina they put me on isobrobide, and yes iam still taking my heart pills Nitro lol

am doin great cept some depression i been dealing with, happens  to me once in awhile andf this is one of them.

anyways....Ubar get out there ur stronger than your brother lol :P

I'm glad things are going fairly well for you and will make sure to send up thoughts and prayers for you as well.  Can't wait to get to meet you offically one day!   ;D
