I know many of you have heard my little rants about how incredibly dim the people in my area are, and I know y'all always think I'm exaggerrating. I'm not. Here, for your viewing pleasure, is the incredible stupidity that goes on here. Now remember when you read this.... dogs can SWIM!!!!

I actually got to see this on the news at noon yesterday... it was all the guy reporting it could do to keep from dying of laughter as he updated us. *chuckles*

What I wanna know is, who takes a bloody WIENER DOG fishing with them? yeesh.... *chuckles* THe best line during the live news was the reporter saying, "And the dog, who's name is Buddy, altho he's probably not this guys Buddy anymore, swam safely to shore and is fine."

So NOW do you believe me about the stupidity of this area??! *LOL*

Major and I used to fish together.

He enjoyed shore lunches but wasn't thrilled with swimming if he didn't have to.

Just hand him a beer and he would shake it up... puncture it with his teeth... and relax with a cold brew while I did all the work.

Pits are just cool buddies.

See, PITS I can see taking fishing with ya! They're REAL dogs. *LOL*

Tried taking Mae shore fishing once. My Mal was bored out of her gourd. I warned doofus donnie not to take her, and when she wanted to go investigate the lake, told him that since it was HIS idea to bring her, HE could run around after her. *chuckles* Served him right.
