Everyone, Free and slave should take note:

1.  everyone should be carrying water with them at all times
2.  The heaviest chores should be done in the cooler parts of the day
3.  Slaves, while it's tempting to run around naked, you are better off wearing a light linen tunic during the hottest part of the day.
4.  Free, limit your alcohol consumption as it will speed up dehydration
