Besides hunting for money to pay the rent, and helping hubby look for work and such, I ended up in the ER yesterday afternoon with what was going to be a simple in and out procedure... during the past two weeks I have been dealing with a large cyst in my right arm pit, after seeing my family doc on Tuesday, given an antibotic and told to wait 2 weeks and he would see about what to do, I couldn't handle the pain anymore, plus I couldn't move my arm higher than a few inches from my side, and it got to the point that I knew it needed to be lanced... well... this simple procedure ended my ass up in the hospital overnight after having to go in for surgery, seems it wasn't one of my normal cysts, in fact, it was about the size of one and a half to two golf ball size packet... They kept me overnight to give me a strong dose of antibotics to hopefully stave off any of it going into my blood system, and to make sure that it wasn't refilling, and having to have the surgeon redo the surgery...
I am home, it hurts badly about 3 hours after each dressing and packing change, which luckily is only twice a day, but still, I wish I could bypass the repacking... and as a joke that kept being run around by the nurses and the surgeon, I am not allowed to shave or anything in that arm pit for at least 3 weeks... ~laughs~
Am hoping to be around more, as hubby got the okay to go back to work, thankfully, as he's gone a bit sane from staring at the four walls since April... Just know I love you all muchly, and have missed you all greatly...
