Got a place to live that's not a hotel/motel room, reasonable price too, just have to deal with the studio apt until the 1 bedroom is vacated during the first week of August... should also have health insurance for hubby and I shortly, part of the paperwork was sent in via the ER last weekend, and the main portion goes in the morning, in person... the only bad part of all this is we don't know if hubby has a job anymore, no emails or returned phone calls when he leaves a message to talk to his general manager, but there's a few things he's got that he's working on currently to change that... and the rental truck was taken away almost 2 weeks ago, after the place we got it in California reported it stolen... so we have been living in the apt with two laptops, both very temperamental, while sitting either on the floor or on the air matteress which is also our bed until today... Going to the cities to gather our stuff that's still in the back of the truck so when the phone company sets up our line and our DSL equipment comes in, we will be ready for it... ~smiles~
Okay, not such a lil update, but an update all the same... things are starting to look up once again, though I know there will be some down points down the road soon, at least we have a roof over our heads, and will soon be kissing the stupid dial up connection out the window not as soon as I want to, but soon...
