Welcome back fred!  You have been missed!  ~hugs~
Oh I bet laddie will be SO happy to see you later this afternoon.  Now he can eat and sleep and get back to his normal schedule.  I bet he doesn't leave your side all night long *nods* ;)
Hmmmmmmmm what kind of normal schedule does a dog have anyways?  Maybe which couch or bed to lay on?  Ya think?  laughs

kay, we both can learn alot from dogs?

A dog's life isn't just laying around while scheduling which bed or couch to use.  DID you know they (dogs) like to read, while sprawled out?
Hidden in between my mattress, I found this..........
laddie's lastest copy of: DOGS Life

this was what I found as this month's centrefold:
                                    what are these dogs thinking?

and this, from the feature article on "unbreakable TOYS! "
            dogs and balls?

kay, I know you are dogless at this time, but just wait and see what shows up at your door on your Birthday (September is just a few weeks away).  then, you can be a "lucky dog" too!   :P

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I could see laddie laying there flipping thru the pages of 'Dogs Life'....lol

It's funny there's an article for unbreakable toys with labradors.  Yellow labs are my favorite as you well know, but they can be so destructive as lil pups. Good thing they are SO cute and adorable ;)

*nudges ya*...we will have my daughter's dog for two weeks while she is on her honeymoon.  She adopted a rescue dog a year ago and I must say that she is THE best dog.  Rescue dogs make wonderful pets.  I don't know if they are more appreciative being a rescue dog that she does not get into anything?  Hard to believe, but so true.  She was 8 months old when my daughter adopted her, so it wasn't like an older dog just laying around sleeping.

I was watching Inside Edition yesterday and this lady working at a nursing home had her dog there day in and day out.  This dog had the ability to know when someone was dying.  This dog predicted 40 deaths.  Well not predicted, but you know what I mean.  If the door was shut, the dog would pace back and forth at the door til someone let him in.  Then the dog would hop in bed with the patient and the patient was most welcoming to the dog they said.  Gosh when you think of it, it would be like the kiss of death knowing your time is up.  Well you know what I mean there too fred.  Dogs are intelligent creatures that is for sure.  Give laddie a ~hug~ from me fred ;D

kay.................. some great dog NEWSstories, there.

NOW, here is our top story of the hour:

"Top Dog becomes HOT Dog "

never met a dog I didn't like
                                      but that dog bites back.

NOW.................. a word from our sponsors:

"Is your dog eating up more NEWS and enjoying it less ?"

then try Doggie bits  so good even yours kids will like them.
