You'll get yours!

I can't believe you did that to me?

isn't there a law about "counting"? like in Vegas?

Pays his 25 cents (and mumbles something to himself?)

kay I have a question for you? ? ?  after all these years chatting, I don't know your middle or last name?  what is it? if I may ask?

yeah, yeah.................. I'll give you your quarter.   Got change for a "C" note?

and kay.................... I believe the proverb is:

"give a man enough rope and he'll hang himself"

                      -- to allow someone to do what they want to, knowing that they will probably fail or get into trouble. {example} I let him speak on, knowing that he would offend the judge (hanging), and gave him just enough rope.   {choke, choke}

speaking of ropes:  here's a good one?
"Go piss up a rope!"

-- a very impolite way of telling someone to go away. {example} Oh go piss up a rope! I'm sick of your complaining.

should I get a picture of this proverb: of 'upping a rope'?

................... and have a grand day, kay

*grabs the C note* Thanks fred!  *tucks it in*  8)

Yeah yeah fred....I knew what the proverb was....I just felt like saying choke instead of hang *looks over*  ::)

Now NO picture is necessary fred of the 'upping a rope' thingy....laughs

Wow who knew all this about rope....and who started this rope thing anyways fred?  *looks over*  :)

oh kay................

thought you would of been, so proud of me for NOT finding THE perfect picture to compliment the proverb of: "Go piss up a rope"?

(**wonders if I turn a the picture upsidedown of someone going Down a rope, making it look like its going UP a rope; she'll realize what I have done?)

Looks for that picture now

-- nope  -- which one?

but I did find out it is a C&W song, here's the lyrics:
Piss Up a Rope (3:33)
                                song by Ween?

my dinner's on fire
while she watches TV
and if you've ever wondered
what it's like to be me
she takes all my money
and leaves me no smokes
yells at my buddies
and insults my folks
i'm breakin' my back doin' the best that i can
she's got time for the dog and none for her man
and i'm no dope
but i can't cope
so hit the f__kin' road and piss up a rope

you can
piss up a rope
and you can put on your shoes
hit the road get truckin'
pack your bag
i don't need the ag
on your knees you big, booty bitch start suckin'
you ride my ass
like a horse in a saddle
now you're up s__ts creek
with a t__d for a paddle
and i can't cope
piss up a rope

uh you can piss up a rope
and feel the pissy dribble
you can piss up a rope
and watch me giggle
for the last 6 months
i been packin' your bag
you can wash my b_lls
with a warm, wet rag
till my b_lls feel smooth
and soft like silk
i'm sick of your mouth
and your 2 percent milk
and i'm no dope
but i've lost all hope
so hit the f__kin' road and
piss up a rope

you can
piss up a rope
and you can put on your shoes
hit the road get truckin'
pack your bag
i don't need the ag
on your knees you big, booty bitch start suckin'
you ride my ass
like a horse in a saddle
now you're up s__ts creek
with a t__d for a paddle
and i can't cope
piss up a rope  (repeat over and over)

      MAN............... these cowboys are " B A D " duds!
I'm telling

great idea kay.................. for you merry Xmas lyrically enjoyment:

Jingle bell jingle bell jingle bell rock Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring Snowing and blowing up bushels of fun Now the jingle hop has begun Jingle bell jingle bell jingle bell rock Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time Dancing and prancing in Jingle Bell Square In the frosty air What a bright time, it's the right time To rock the night away Jingle bell time is a swell time To go gliding in a one-horse sleigh Giddy-up jingle horse pick up your feet Jingle around the clock Mix and a-mingle in the jingling feet That's the jingle bell That's the jingle bell That's the jingle bell rock.

OR here's another favourite:

Oh, the weather outside is frightful, But the fire is so delightful, And since we've no place to go, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.  It doesn't show signs of stopping, And I brought some corn for popping;
The lights are turned way down low, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. When we finally say good night, How I'll hate going out in the storm; But if you really hold me tight, All the way home I'll be warm.
The fire is slowly dying, And, my dear, we're still good-bye-ing,
But as long as you love me so. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

so kay......... this next song will fill you XMAS spirit with joy:

WewishyouaMerryChristmas;WewishyouaMerryChristmas;
WewishyouaMerryChristmasandaHappyNewYear.
Goodtidingswebringtoyouandyourkin;
GoodtidingsforChristmasandaHappyNewYear.

Merry Xmas kay!

I got 100's more................... of those Xmas lyrics

But here's one of my favourites.........

Let's get away from sleigh bells
Let's get away from snow
Let's make or break some Christmas dear
I know the place to go
How'd you like to spend Chrismas on Christmas Island?
How'd you like to spend the holiday away across the sea?
How'd you like to spend Christmas on Christmas Island?
How'd you like to hang a stocking on a great big coconut tree?

Chorus: How'd you like to stay up late like the islanders do?
Wait for Santa to sail in with your presents in a canoe
If you ever spend Christmas on Christmas Island
You will never stray for everyday your Christmas dreams come true
