Today is the first day of Lent fred.  Are you giving up anything?  I decided on chocolate.  Yikes!  I can do it!  I can do it!  Only 40 days of NO chocolate.  YES I can do it!  lol

• Q. What am I giving up?
  A. I am giving up any resistance I may have/show/act towards another's point of view I don't agree with.  How many times have I walked away from someone, I know (from deep inside me) I would be confrontational too, without giving that person a 'faire' chance to just be him(her)/self.   Showing more empathy will hopefully develop into a more compassionate understanding to'ALL.  By giving up, I may get back more.
