just memories....................
for memories: are NOT just some proteins expressed and contained in our brain as a kinda chemical harddrive, storage device. They are there.............. until we forget them. The memories are the connections or linkage between our neurons and are not stable; unless we connect them, to something else; which will make the connection "linked" to another memory.
All these memories are connected/linked: jewelry --> lunch --> bandaids --> St. Johns --> & many more ............. and are ALL_connected back to -->
