Vala, I believe that rule was meant for when Webmaze had the "travelling rooms" where we had every region of Gor listed.  Those rooms went bye bye at some point when Maze crashed.  It doesn't include Tuchuk Territory room, unless you venture out of the Tuchuk territory Pulldowns, and say.. approached the Point without an escort, then I can conceivably see that as "Travelling without escort" but I could be wrong. -s-
