Please note that the Ubar has initiated a greeting protocol for the Free as well as the slaves. All ooc greetings are basically to be done in pm. This new protocol has been added in two places: Under the rules pages and in the slave section in the greetings area. The one in the slave area is the one posted below as it is a little more detailed.

For Free People- Tuchuk is family. Free should also greet family in PM.For Slaves- they need to post an entry post, establishing their position in camp BEFORE greeting each Free in PM. Personally owned slaves may want to start with their owner, but there is no particular greeting order to follow.
We ask the owners of PM restricted slaves to allow the greetings to be an exception to the restriction.
Greeting back should also be done in PM.*Public greetings may be given when encountering each other during roleplay.
When Entering Camp Out of Character-The same protocols should be followed by out of character as in character, especially if there is role play going on. The only difference is that there would be no entry post for the slaves.
Again, the point is to not disrupt roleplay that may be occurring within the room. This is to allow for a more seamless flow to the roleplay we all come here to enjoy.

**AS OF August 17, 2009, THERE IS NO FORMAL GREETING ORDER TO BE USED DURING SPECIAL OCCASSIONS. THE SAME PROTOCOLS OUTLINED ABOVE SHOULD BE USED.
