I think that is to coniside with the end of the mayan calender comin up in a bit and the fact that people think the world is gonna end because of it.

I can't stand hp crap. 9 really doesn't look all that great to me, but I imagine it would keep woobie entertained.

The rest looks good!!!

Is it my imagination or are the movie makers really pushing the doomsday theme these days?

the Karate Kid
http://www.imdb.com/video/imdb/vi3280012313/

I swear the are going to start to call Hollywood Remakewood, because that seems to be all they seem to be doing anymore... Is there really no one left to make a never been done before movie? Sorry, even though it's got Jackie Chan in this remake, I for one will not be seeing it.. ~shakes head~

Iron Man 2

Now this is a movie I have been looking forward to... RDJ has come up out of the ashes and kicked the habit of drugs/alcohol and gone on to do some really damn good movies... The latest one, Sherlock Holmes, has proven that he's a genius actor and I for one am glad he has found his niche when many who were addicts/alcoholics weren't able to find...

Clash of the Titans

Not sure about this one.. Yet another remake, though one I might be willing to see... Though it goes against everything I believe, that originals should be left alone, unless it was a flop, then if you can remake it with all the bells and whistles that weren't available back when it was originally done, then go for it, but do it right...

Robin Hood

Not sure on this one either.. There have been so many movies on Robin Hood, that I am sure that the film vaults in all the major movie studios have a special section set up for just that movie... ~snickers~ Having looked at the cast, I will wait and see on this one, because I can only see this movie in so many different perspectives that it gets old... Though Errol Flynn will never be replaced, he was and always will be Robin Hood...

As I wasn't able to get this video to load, I will hold my judgment until I can see it... Though the cast is interesting, and the concept.. yeah.. will wait til I can see the trailer to make a full decision on this one... Maybe there is hope for originality, then again, we will see...

I know what you mean about remakes.. but, if the techology has improved (which it has since the last Clash) I will see it..

I was kinda interested in the Karate Kid because of Jaden (Will Smith's son)

I love RDJ..  Saw Sherlock twice and it was just as good the second time.  He seems to play those quirky comical characters really well, and in this one Jude Law and he seemed to play well off each other, good chemistry.  It only got out shadowed by Avatar, which was deserving of the top spot.. amazing movie..

Robin Hood could be intresting depending on the direction they go.. and I think it is by the same director as Gladiator and I really enjoyed that and RC's preformance in it..
