Just letting it be known..

Had a hospital visit today. -twirls a finger-. Hearts been beating, too heavy. Turns out I've got unusually high blood pressure. Due to r/t stress. I will make it around when I can. But I need to catch up on rest, and relaxation. Whatever the hell that is.

Theres more. Though not getting into it. Will be fine, so no worries.

Hope to be in tonight. Though my time around for the next little while will be sparatic. Until I grasp r/t by the horns, and best it.

You know..  rest, relax...  do nothing.  No stress.. 

You know...  all those things you never do because it's "boring".  And you end up fiddling with something and then eventually get annoyed with it because it doesn't go or do what you think it should.
