Those returning from Scagnar have arrived at the landfall and have set up a small beach camp!

We shall rest here for the day and then begin the long trek to The Point for resupply before heading back to our camp.

The day of rest was....... interesting, I think.

Make ready to move on. Next destination, The Point!!!!!

We are making our way across the Plains to The Point making good time.

Had a bit of tough and go with Kassar, but avoided complications.

We set out again as soon as we have rested.

We continue the march East towards The Point at a forced march moving through territory claimed by Kassar and Kataii.

We have run into a weather front but thus far only rain. With luck we will reach The Point in another hard day's march plus.

So far so good.

We stopped to take on water, and will need better food soon. We have moved into the upper range of territory claimed by Tuchuk and continue at a forced march pace. Food, drink, and rest await at The Point.

The good weather did not hold and we had rain to contend with, though it was not what I would consider bad or rough going. Many tire of eating onions, cheese, and jerky, but that is about all that remains. I believe we will make it. If worse comes to worse, I will send out a small party ahead to try and take fresh game.

The Ubara and Arnkatla seem to be keeping themselves amused with a new sleen pup. Just what we needed... another furball. He is somewhat amusing to watch as he explores this strange new world he finds himself in.

We continue on.

Good time was made and we have cleared our own Territory and have stopped fr the night in Paravacci territory.

We have no issue with them, given my Ubara Sana's heritage. BUT, we remain alert all the same.

Eat, rest, especially the wagon team. They can not cover the ground a kaiila does.

I intend to be moving by first light taking advantage of the cooler temperature before the heat climbs again.

The nest territory claimed beyond the wild area is The Point. Soon we can rest and replenish supplies before returning to Tuchuk to begin pre-migration work.

The column has slowed considerably from our initial pace, but it was expected.

We are in the unclaimed wild territory surrounding The Point and The Point should be in sight by days provided nothing interferes.

Personally I look forward to a drink, a good bath, some time spent with my Ubara Sana of my heart, not necessarily in that order.

Then it is do what we must do, and return to camp to begin pre-migration operations.

A short rest in there somewhere would be welcomed, but not expected.

We have reached The Point.

Rest up as you can, resupply, and in a few days we head for Tuchuk.

Try not to get in too much trouble... well... try.

This night the Ubara will host the Warriors in whom she looks to defend and protect her, and any others wishing to attend.

It may start out very formal, but do not expect it to end as such. You may see a different side of Ubara's Guards when they can relax and simply enjoy life and some fun with their Ubara, instead of the always vigilant no nonsense Men you see when they are on duty.

What the Ubara will prepare has been kept to herself, but if the Ubara prepared it, you know it will be delicious and highly appreciated!!!!!

You may be in for a real treat when you see her Guards in a different light.

This also signals Tuchuk's time at The Point and The Nest coming to a close.

The wagons in the encampment are loaded, the teams are being harnessed.

The 1st is en-route from Tuchuk to provide escort home.

Tuchuk will leave within a day or two tops, when The 1st Arrives, rests, and is again ready for the journey to camp.

Enjoy the time remaining in The Point and The Nest. Use caution and remain alert. Elements of Kataii are present and moving about. Remain armed discreetly and ready for action if need be.
