reminder regarding slave punishments

this is just a friendly reminder that camp slaves will naught be whipped or otherwise disciplined by any other than council or myself.

the trainers do have whip rights.

the best course of action is to cage them when necessary and allow myself or a member of council deal with the matter.

Aye, Ubar, and I do appologize for striking the boy stevie, but I was caught off guard by the remark, knowing that is not an excuse.  In the future I shall remember the cage before the backslap.
