Saw to Shylina last night.  After she was thrown in the lake two nights ago, and resulted in swallowing half of it as she began to drown, she had a horrible cough.  This coughing left her puking up half of what she drank and ate as she gagged with it.  Gave her feverfew syrup to help with the coughing, and made her eat some pancakes with ramberry syrup just to get the taste out of her mouth.  I didn't see her tonight for a followup, but I assume she is feeling better.

Tonight, I gave Malefic her physical, and for once, no complaints about her health.  She managed through migration unharmed!  Everything was perfect with her.

I also advised Kassia to have her new pierced nose checked on tomorrow by a Healer, just to make sure there is no risk of infection, and that her physical can be handled at the same time.

dilshad was seen in the medical wagon after having a talk and lesson by Ubar this night...

he has one bump has 4 stitches and is now bandaged, the second one was covered in honey, as it wasn't too bad, it is also bandaged, the last one and the other two have mud packs on it to help lower the swelling... his head has also been shaved as I needed access to the wounds...

bruised kidney... moss paste was applied in the center of the bruised around, and a bandage laid over it and secured, so it would stay in place, there is no broken bones, and though the area is tender, I can see or feel no damage underneath...

swollen and bruised eyes - moss paste laid over them and will be changed as needed, as will the others...

he also has swollen lips, I did check his teeth, a few are loose, but nothing major, and should be fine in a few days, but will recheck tomorrow...

left orders to have him awakened every 30 ehn to check his vitals through the night, he can have water if he wants it, and he can ask for it, one of the healing slaves or apprentices can get it for him, there is a bota next to his cot on the table... also no pain medication is to be given...

Will be done...

~as I was out last night, I will tend to him if I see him tonight, as he was going to be released from the med wagon last night and returned to full duty~

-=Report by Taryn=-

NightStorm was given 4 packets of moss paste as well as a small pouch of willow bark for a pulled muscle in her lower back... I did examine it briefly, and felt a large knot in the muscle and gave her instructions on how to use the moss paste packets, and to use them twice a day, having them laying against the affected area for at least an ahn or two, and if need be to add a hot rep cloth to the affected area to help soothe it in between the times of the moss paste, and to rinse the packets and rep cloths out otherwise she will end up with wet sleeping furs... The willow bark is to be used to help ease the pain and allow her to sleep...

Physical for amanda has been done... her heart and lungs are healthy, her leg reflexes are also good... I did check her teeth, she has several fillings of her back molars and it seems she has an implanted right upper canine, her gums are pink and healthy, the inside of her cheeks as well as her tongue look healthy, though there are a few white places on the inside of her cheeks that might be from a time when she had dental procedures done on her teeth that cut into them, but nothing that has happened in recent times... Her throat and tonsils are pink, no untoward signs of infection, or anything that might be cause of worry in the near future...

amanda was given her dose of slave wine before we began migration... She has no complaints about any pain or problems...

-=signs off at the end of the report=-

Apparently I have a gash, about two fingers in size, in the back of my head and will need to be seen to when I return to camp.  As it is, the hole that is back there helps with airing out my thoughts.  Yes, that was a joke.

Saw to Raziels head wound.  Of a sorts.  Figured out quite quickly that the area is numb due to some superficial nerve damage.  Feeling may come back, it may not, if it doesn't, he'll be happy since he can take more knocks upside the head and keep going.  I cleaned the surrounding area, and added a touch of agrimony salve and let him go before he got all twitchy.

-=Sarant's Wound Report by Taryn=-

I saw to Sarant's leg wound... it had been tended to by a healer out with the hunting group, and she was able to get it cleaned, stitched, then bandaged.. I looked it over as I cleaned it, and it looks like it's healing good, no sign of infection could be seen, nor felt, everything looks and feels normal as it should be... I resalved it after cleaning it, then bandaged it up once more... there is only 6 stitches on the outside, inside there might be less, not sure as I wasn't there and she wasn't able to tell me either... I have given her permission to take a swim in the lake, as long as she cleans, salves and rebandages her wound afterwards, and I gave her the supplies in small jars and bottles, as well as a nearly empty roll of tape to secure the bandages...

Last night I tended to Serinna, she had injured her knee either from sleeping on it wrong, or twisting it at some point after waking up... there was some swelling and so I placed a moss paste pack over her knee and told her to remove in in 3 ahn... I told her to do nothing that would jar her knee too much, and that in a few days the pain should disapiate
