sure!
first, save the picture to your webspace where you have your other avatars.
then,
go to your profile, where you put your info in.
down in the box where it says signature, you just put
the address for where you saved the picture in between the little brackets for img.

like this (without the spaces between the bracket and codes because that was the only way I could make it show up here)

kay lure.. the easiest ones are like this..

in your PSP make three new images EXACTLY the same size.   I use 130 x 130 for the little squares that can be used for board avatars.

make a folder on your desktop labeled "blinkies" for ease of finding stuff.

put the picture you want to flash in each one of the new image squares..
save them as gif files labeled a1, a2, a3 respectively in the "Blinkie" folder.

click open your animation shop.

Right below the word FILE you find a picture that looks like a filmstrip thingy.
Click it. It opens up the animation tool.

1st page.. click same size as first image frame
NEXT
2nd page.. click transparent
NEXT
3rd page.. click CENTERED in FRAME .. AND.. WITH THE CANVAS COLOR
NEXT
Click YES (loop the animation) and pick a speed number ..(the lower the number, the faster it blinks)
NEXT
Click ADD IMAGE (find your blinkie folder and add the a1, a2, a3 images, each, in the order you want them to blink)
NEXT
FINISH

then at the top of Animation shop, click on View and View Animation..

then if it blinks like you like it.. save it under SAVE AS and a name in your blinkie folder.
If it doesn't blink at the speed you like... start the second part over and change your speed number.

TaDAAAAAAA!
