Clan of Cooks: Menu

This here is where I'll be placing the weekly menu. It's going to be dated and the menu will show as Monday, Tuesday, ect...  Now Everyone will know what's cooking each day!

A little side note!!!!

All breakfasts will have fresh blackwine, Tarsk strips, and Tarsk sausage served with them.

Okay, so, since we're starting mid week, this will be half a week's menu, but none the less, it's a menu!  Oh! and there's gonna be a lot of tabuk on here cuz, thanks to Vala and Company, we got fresh meat!

Tarsk strips and eggs cooked to order
fresh bicuits with tarsk gravy

Lunch
vulo stew in buttermilk bread bowls

Dinner
Tabuk roasted with cloves of garlic embedded in the meat
roasted peppers, onions and suls
gravy made from Tabuk roast drippings


Saturday
Breakfast

Tabuk steak and eggs cooked to order

lunch
Seasoned Tabuk Burgers
Fried Suls topped with bosk cream

Dinner
Tabuk and Tarsk sausages
saute'ed up with peppers and onions


Sunday
Breakfast
Meaty vulo quiche

Lunch
Tabuk pot pie with suls and LOTS of gravy

Dinner
Pepper rubbed Tabuk steaks
Sugar-glazed Carrots
Cheese smothered Sa-tarna slices

Awwww....Dear Brother, Muse and I have formed an alliance promoting the health bennies of vegetables.  I'll be doing My best to disguize their flavor in meat drippings.  Our deep love of Our home drives us to make You crazy with....wait...that's the wrong wording...to make You HEALTHY with vegetables. :P

Vulo eggs to order
Tarsk strips, both peppered and plain
Sa-tarna toas with fresh jelly, jam and preserves

Lunch
Bosk stew
Sa-tarna with melted bosk cheese

Dinner
Tabuk steaks rubbed with garlic and pepper (cooked to order)
Katch salad w/diced tarsk strips, grated bosk cheese, and herbed butter milk dressing

Dessert
Chocolate cake w/drizzled ramberry sauce


Tuesday

Breakfast
Vulo eggs scrambled with peppers, onions and tarsk sausage

Lunch
Juicy bosk burgers
fried suls

Dinner
Crunchy fried vulo
Mashed suls w/creamy white gravy

Dessert
Ramberry Tart


Wednsday

Breakfast
Griddle cakes w/honey syrup and butter
fruit preserves

Lunch
Sullage
Honey cinnamon glazed vulo bits
Baked kort w/butter and cheese

Dinner
Cheese soup with garlic and tarsk strip bits in bread bowls
Roast bosk with suls and carrots

Dessert
Spiced pumpkin pie with whipped sweet bosk cream


Thursday

Breakfast
Sa-tarna porridge with honey, cinnamon and butter
Tarsk strips and sausage patties

Lunch
Roasted tumit with sweet tospit glaze
katch slaw
Twice baked suls

Dinner
Roast verr with ramberry sauce &/or mint jelly
sugar glazed carrots
pea and cheese salad

Dessert
Mint candy sticks dipped in chocolate


Friday

Breakfast
Bosk steak and eggs cooked to order
fried suls

Lunch
Vulo and dumplings
Mashed suls onions and garlic butter
Stuffed mushrooms

Dinner
Bosk steak strips or vulo saute'ed with onion and peppers, served on flat bread
Steamed green beans

Dessert
Redfruit pie with whipped sweet bosk cream


Saturday

Cherry and peach crepes
Vulo eggs cooked to order

Lunch
Sa-Tassna loaf
baked suls with butter and cheese
bean salad

Dinner
Baked parsit in dampened rence paper
Steamed with mixed veggies

Dessert
Chocolate dipped fruit

Tarsk ham, scrambled vulo eggs, and cheese on a biscuit
Extra biscuits with butter, honey and fruit preserves

Lunch
Bosk with cream sauce and noodles
Mashed garlic suls
Tossed katch salad

Dinner
Mead basted vulo, stuffed with katch, Sa-tarna bread chunks, onions and peppers
Toasted Sa-tarna with melted bosk cheese

Dessert

Vulo and noodles in a cream sauce (alfredo)
steamed peas with lots of butter

Dinner
Sweet onions stuffed with herbed and pepperd ground tabuk
noodles w/creamy cheese sauce

Dessert
Pound cake with larma fruit and syrup


Tuesday
Breakfast
Biscuits with tarsk sausage gravy
tarsk sausage and tarsk strips

Lunch
Vulo stew in Sa-tarna breadbowl
Mixed fruit w/ a cinnamon-larma juice glaze

Dinner
BBQ bosk ribs with honey sauce
Baked suls with butter, bosk cream & cheese

Dessert
Triple chocolate brownies and chocolate chunk cookies


Wednsday
Breakfast
Tarsk strips or tarsk sausage, cheese, & scrambled vulo eggs rolled into flat bread (think breakfast burrito)

Lunch
Roast bosk sandwiches smothered in bosk cheese, saute'ed onions & peppers
fried suls

Dinner
Thin sliced bosk steaks, saute'ed with sesame seeds, salt, peppers, garlic and a lil sugar
served on a bed of veggies

Dessert
Chocolate cream pie


Thursday
Breakfast
Omletes with Your choice of fixin's as follows:
tarsk strips, sausage, peppers, marinated vulo, onions, mushrooms and cheese

Lunch
Individual vulo pot pies (yes Guys, there's veggies in there)

Dinner
Cheesy sul soup
Ginger honey glazed vulo bits
 grilled & ginger honey glazed mushrooms, peppers and onions

Dessert
Chocolate cake w/chocolate blackwine flavored frosting


Friday
Breakfast
Pastries and Muffins
Fruit salad with honey and nuts
Sa-tarna porridge w/ choice of honey, spices, butter, cinnamon, and sugar

Lunch
Peppers stuffed with ground seasoned tabuk
Fresh Sa-tarna with plain, garlic, or cinnamon butters

Dinner
Sa-Tassa ka-bobs w/Your choice as follows:
Tabuk, bosk, vulo, or verr
Onions, mushrooms, peppers, kort, or larma

Dessert
Mellon ice

Breakfast
Sa-tarna slices dipped in egg and milk mixture then cooked on the griddle
Honey, jellies, jams and fruit preserves for topping
Vulo eggs cooked to order

Lunch
Vulo noodle soup
Toasted sa-tarna bread w/ melted cheese

Ginger larma glazed tarsk roast
cooked carrots
mashed buttered suls

I enjoyed the BBS bosk ribs and sul from Tuesday night (3/14). I did not see it on the menu but I also recall glazed fruit on my platter, which was quite delicious. Between the honey BBQ sauce, butter and bosk cream, and fruit glaze, ameeshia and I were licking each others fingers clean for for a long time after dinner.
