Oh god oh god oh god oh god.  It's here. -blinks-  One more day, then a 5 am wake up call..and we'll be on the road. -blinks and stares-  I need to pinch myself...and then..need to do laundry, clean the house, and find out how much my prenatal vitamins are, and then come home and do more laundry, and pack..and...and lose my sanity...and is it really tomorrow? -scratches head- Am sooo nervous..but excited....uhmm yeah.

if I get my backpay from social security, I should have the money to be able to go.  just as long as I might be able to find someone to pick me up and I travel with them and I have a place to lay my head at night, I will should be able to go.  and also as long as my doctor says it is ok for me to travel for I go and see him towards the end of June for another test to see where the pre-cancerous cells are sitting at

GATHERING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....WAGONS HO!!!!....literally..lol..from the sounds of it we'll be renting a wagon or something to haul us all up there..and hells bells we'll be leaving like four days in advance from the sounds of it..-remembers to pack enough pull ups..(for my son you smart asses)..and pack more smokes than clothes-...gods..so many people..-shudders and makes sure to bring a fly swatter-...this is going to kick so much ass..even if it is going to be a semi family vacation for me..but then hell all of you are my family anyway...so its not much of a difference anyways..lmao...love all of you..and see you all in july!!!..someone tell Sah to call me dammit!!..laters!

I don't think anybody lives near the Cincinnati area, do they??  I did talk to Roy about it tonight, and he agreed that it's possible, but that it's going to depend on a few factors, like when exactly he gets off the ship. The other problem really is gas money. Eeesh... 3.49 a gallon here. Even tho I'd be taking the car, which gets pretty good gas mileage, it'll still be a bit unless the price drops dramatically between now and then. gah. this is what happens when you don't pay your state taxes all year and have to pay it all at the end. *wrygrin*

Cincy is right on the border of Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana and I'm just inside the Indiana border. The 275 loop around the city is literally 15 minutes away from me. if TT were going this year I could hitch a ride with her since she only lives about 30 min from me, but I don't believe she's going this year. 

We shall see what happens tho.. but yeah.. if anyone goes thru here, I'd love it if there were room for me to squeeze in! *grin*

went right through the area you live in Sis when we moved from Minnesota to Delaware... we bypassed all the toll roads, which took us into a more beautiful drive

though sadly, this time around we are coming from the other side, though if we could, we would head over to you, pick you up and take you to the gathering... but well we are still trying to figure out how we are going to get there as the truck is slowly sliding into it's grave...

According to Mapquest...we're passing through Dayton...which doesn't look too far from Cincinnati.  Since lure is hitching with Mal and Sah, we have space for one more in our ride, if our ride doesn't mind making a side trip to Cinci to pick you up.  Let me know Kit!

Dayton is approx 1 1/2 hours from me... you would really make that detour?!?!  I loves you!!! I'll ask Roy, but again, it's really going to depend on when he gets off the ship, since they two dates are kinda close together. What's an hour and a half when we're already gonna be on the road for some 10 hours?  Another 1 1/2 hours with hubby and Alex in the truck..so long as you can stand two annoying men.  Heh.  But yeah, I'll talk to Alex tonight, and see if he is willing to do that.  If he is, will post here, and when it gets closer to gathering you can let me know if you're gonna be able to make it.

well I just found out that some of my family is having a family get together in July around then so the only way I will be able to make it will be is if the family get together gets changed. 

I have a step-brother that is in the army and stationed in Korea, him and his girlfriend is getting leave to be able to come state side, so I am gonna go visit with them and other family members

no..have the Gathering down here next year....got the camp ground for it..cheap rates for the cabins..huge pool...massive grounds..out doors barbques..woods..multiple lodgings for better rates and group sleeping arrangements etc...or..we can just do it old convention style which N.O. is used to and take over a hotel..lol..but gods..come further down south please!!!!!...lmao...come and take a bite of southern hospitality...

hell if I could..we dun get many in july..maybe a tropical storm or two..but the hurricanes mainly pimp slap up in august and september...lol..two worst months for them..the odd combo of hot and cold air and the lake and gulf getting wonky..but fuck ya gotta make it easier for us southern tip peeps..or hire babysitters..that would be a huge!!! help...book one room for nothing but someone to watch peoples kids who can't afford to leave them..lmao..of course we'd have to pay extra for medical care for the person(s) watching the rugrats..but hey..lmao
