you need to upload it to your site first keep it as a gif then once that is done take the addy and go to your profile and place it in the sig box
at the top of this window where you type a message is a bunch of diffrent items to use in posting posts...on the first row you see the B, I, U, etc...on the second there is a red and black wheel thats for flash, the second lil icon is the one for img click it then place the addy in the middle of the img and /img boxes then hit save it will then show in your sig box like mine does..*S*
