Seeing that my Master's picketed bosk had eaten all the long grass about them, I fed them with grains in nose bags, then stowed the empty bags back in their crate when the animals had finished the meal... I also checked the traces of my Master's personal wagon, finding them still supple, and the wooden tongues still in good condition as well. Then, tummy grumbling, I headed to the cookfires for the hot meal allowed to slaves...

Continuing my chores later in the day, I went to the butchering area near the edge of the parked wagons and was given the aide of two thralls, who each carried two buckets of scraps to my Master's kaiila once I had led the way to their tethers... I then collected tins of salt for those of my Master's wagon, including the unscarred boys in his hire...

This morning, I saw that my Master's hired boys had moved the picket of his wagon bosk to fresh grazing... There is still harness on their shoulders should they need to be harnessed earlier than expected... His kaiila, having eaten yesterday, will be fine for another 2-3 days...

And so, the animals cared for, I took empty botas and food pouches to a freight wagon, to exchange them for fresh water and travel provisions, which I stowed beneath my Master's personal wagon and freight wagon seats for tonight's migration...

Then I made my way to cook fires for a plate of food and a flagon of milk to keep up my strength, as Ubar has commanded that we all should eat well...

a girl was able to serve Master Terran some water this night before the order was given to move out~was then plopped onto a wagon by an NPC Outrider which she drove till the nest of rennals was found~she then helped Mistress Darkling tend to the stew for A/all to eat~

Night before last, I hitched my Master's bosk and drove his wagon...I also made sure all was lashed down securely on and within his personal wagon...

Tonight, I took refuge in the cages during the Kataii raid, and administered a tourniquet to pedansa, who was shot in the upper right thigh with a stray arrow... I also bathed myself with rain water as best I could... and tried to do some training with cat as well...

Today, I made it to camp...  and I checked and greaded my Master's wagon axles so that they continued to be ready for the travel..  and at the request of a Master, chanz and I burined the evil soll in the mud..   ;D  the Master gave us chocolates for doing so..  He gave me two..  one for my Master, and one for me, should my Master allow it..
