(edits with an apology. she was very tired when she made the original post)

kiah did a bit of work in a freighter in our migration camp, matching product to receipts and bill of ladings.

kiah joined the celebratory feast. she got to spend precious time with Master Raziel. she later shared time and a bottle of palm wine with jade. she looks forward to hearing of Master Ubar and Master Ollie's exploits.

kiah prepped the Orphan Wagon for the next leg of our migration. she checked it's commissary for food and dung supply for the brazier, the red lantern and blankets available. she checked the med kit under the wagon seat, the blankets and oiled canvas piled there. she checked the wagon tongue and greased the axels and wheels, refilling the leather bucket of grease and hanging it inside so it didn't freeze. she headed into the City to take a luxurious bath.

she had a brief visit from flame! kiah continued to prep the O.W. for departure. she checked the chains around and water within the barrels. she also handed over the found coins from a few days ago to Master Muhuli in her Master's absence and getting an unknown amount gifted back. she was helping the thralls get the team of bosk hitched up when Master Ashai appeared. they conversed until rt called her away.

kiah served Mistress Iseabail, helping her pick out slave clothing and sent to deliver the bundle and a message to Mistress's father - Master Ollie was a challenge to find!

(kiah enjoyed the unexpected adventure. the typist just wished that her secondary pc cooperated better.)

kiah drove the Orphan Wagon as we departed Turia. she was joined by Masters Seth and Runni. Their presence wasn't quite as comforting as it had been before.

she had a perfectly wonderful night with all the Warrior Boys and Master Muhuli back in the wagon for her to tend to. provided with a warm wagon, hot food, cold drink, an icy treat and warm bosk milk, what more could the Masters' want but to sleep? what more could a slave want? nothing...but to do it all again when they woke!

Friday, I saw to the basic needs of my Master, prepared his meal, and spent time with him before the camp went to was, made sleen claws and passed them out among the wagons

kiah woke to drive the wagon just as we were crossing a river (not the ROT) and next encountered mud. orders came shortly afterwards for the column to stop. she no sooner got food and drink served up for Masters Seth, Runni, and LB and they were right back out the door, before they could even eat! it was hard to watch but she knew a Warrior's duty came first, always.
